The Global Food Safety & Quality Transformation Lead is responsible for defining and driving the digital transformation of Kraft Heinz’s global Quality Management System (QMS) ecosystem. This role will establish the strategic vision, governance, and deployment of digital capabilities that enable best-in-class food safety, quality performance, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise. Working in close partnership with global Quality, Operations, and IT leaders, this role will modernize quality systems, unlock data-driven insights, and strengthen operational excellence across Kraft Heinz.

Key Ingredients:

Lead Design& Build of Digital Solutions within Quality & Food Safety domain

  • Lead the product design & build to deliver comprehensive Digital solutions

  • Partner with regional leads, IT, business counterparts to strategize the domain, and ensure clear goals and priorities for the team

  • Build, mentor, and develop a solid product design team

  • Plan workload, and budget management


Drive Global Deployment and Value Realization

  • Lead the global rollout and scaling of digital QMS capabilities across regions, manufacturing sites, and business units,

  • Ensure strong adoption through structured change management, capability building, and stakeholder engagement

  • Track and measure value realization, ensuring digital investments translate into improvements in compliance, efficiency, and quality performance.Lead full Software lifecycle of the solutions

Strengthen Digital Governance and Lifecycle Management

  • Establish governance models and best practices for digital product lifecycle management across Food Safety & Quality solutions.

  • Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and investment planning to support long-term platform evolution.

  • Ensure seamless integration of QMS solutions within Kraft Heinz’s broader enterprise technology architecture.Lead globally change management


Lead Global Change and Capability Development

  • Drive organizational change to enable adoption of new digital tools, data capabilities, and standardized processes.

  • Engage global and regional stakeholders to align priorities and embed new ways of working.

  • Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement within the global Food Safety & Quality community

Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!

  • Demonstrated leadership experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives within Food Safety, Quality, or Operations in a global CPG or FMCG organization.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs or product portfolios, ideally involving Quality Management Systems or compliance platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of Food Safety and Quality processes, regulatory expectations, and governance frameworks within the food industry.

  • Experience implementing or managing enterprise digital platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, Veeva, ETQ, or comparable QMS technologies.

  • Strong expertise in digital product management, software lifecycle management, and agile delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including investment planning, budgeting, and value realization for transformation initiatives.

  • Proven success driving organizational change and adoption of new digital capabilities at scale.



Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires travel to KraftHeinz to US (Chicago area) and manufacturing facilities in US&EU
