職務概要
「國際財會」部門是公司財務的核心，負責集團子公司財務報表、財務分析、稅務規劃等工作，為公司高層提供決策支持。隨著公司業務擴展，該部門將持續引入先進的財務管理系統，強化風險管理並提升數據分析能力。此職位提供參與全球化發展的機會，主要工作包括審閱子公司帳務、進行財務分析、參與重大專案、優化流程，並與不同部門及國際團隊合作，確保財務資訊的準確性與透明度。
主要工作內容
熟悉國際財務報導準則(IFRS)的實務應用。
財務分析與模型建構：孰悉Excel或Power BI，並具備財務模型建構能力。或熟悉其他數據分析工具者尤佳。
跨國公司財務管理：協助子公司進行策略規劃、預算編製、績效分析等工作。
財務系統/機制優化：參與財務系統的規劃與建置，以滿足公司日益複雜的報表與分析需求。
財務數據監控：負責追蹤子公司的帳務、財務報表，確保數據準確性。
價格管理：參與價格管理，優化產品或服務的定價策略。
其他專案支援：協助處理臨時交辦事項。
必要條件
大學或研究所，商學或管理相關科系。
需要與子公司溝通, 須備基本英語能力或其他語言能力。
加分條件
數據分析能力：熟悉Power BI或其他數據分析工具，能從大量數據中萃取有價值的資訊。
高度學習意願：樂於學習新知，能快速適應新的工作環境與挑戰。
跨國公司經驗：曾任職於跨國公司，具備相關工作經驗者佳。
具備會計師事務所工作經驗或持有會計師資格者佳。
