We are also exploring new platforms and experiences with VR and other unannounced projects.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly hands-on Global Finance Manager to take ownership of the
day-to-day Finance operation across People Can Fly.
This is a senior Finance role, but it is not a traditional CFO or strategy-led Finance Director position. We
operate with a lean structure and a highly involved CEO, and we need someone who enjoys being close to
the numbers, personally solving problems and getting things done.
Working directly with the CEO, you will ensure that our financial information, reporting, forecasting, controls
and processes are accurate, timely and useful. You will take ownership of Finance activities that currently
require significant senior leadership involvement, bringing structure, reliability and stronger operational
discipline.
You will lead and support the Finance team, but you should be equally comfortable opening a spreadsheet,
investigating a variance, reviewing a forecast, working through a reconciliation or fixing a broken process
yourself.
As you develop a strong understanding of PCF and our projects, your insight will naturally contribute to
wider business decisions. The immediate priority, however, is operational Finance excellence and
execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
We are committed to an inclusive and diverse work culture. PCF is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, marital status or any legally protected status.

People Can Fly is a global video game development company operating in Poland, the UK and North America.

People Can Fly's new RPG shooter Outriders is available now on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia and Nvidia GeForce Now.
We are currently working on several exciting projects: Maverick (Gears of War: E-Day) with Microsoft; Echo with Krafton; Delta with Sony; Lost Rift (previously Victoria), which we’re growing in the self-publishing model; two projects in VR technology – Green Hell VR and TRACKED: Shoot To Survive.
