About the Opportunity
The Global Finance Director (GFD) is the organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring donor compliance, and enabling mission impact through strong financial strategy and stewardship. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the GFD partners with the Chief Executive, Global Management Group (GMG), and Board (including the Finance Committee, Audit & Risk Committee) to guide long-term sustainability, manage risk, and ensure transparent, ethical use of funds
You will lead the design and implementation of financial and business development policies and oversees financial management from planning and control through to regulatory compliance—across HQ and multi-country operations.
