As CAPEX Finance Analyst intern, you will be generating and analyzing reports, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and conduct financial analyses.

As aGlobal Finance Analyst Capex Internyou willassistin managing financeprocessesthe Global entity overseeing all Zones, providing information and guidance on various financial rituals and routines, monthly performance reviews, financial reviews, and forecasting. You will also support ad-hoc requests and analysis, ensure data availability and accessibility, and own HFM inputs for World Headquarters. Additionally,you will be the point of contact for the Capex management tool.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine tasksincludingmaintainingof Forecast file for the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycles for the reporting and analysis of the business; Compiling and preparing presentation slides for monthly performance and forecast reviews; Preparing andsubmittingmonthly requests fromGlobal entityAlign the monthlyclosing comparingwith source of truth.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting ofCapex- Work with Analysts across the business and throughout the budget/forecast process

  • Provide ongoing financial support and analysis toHead of SCF and Capex leadas well as executives inGlobal entity-Provide key financial analysis for decision making; Modelling and scenario building; ProvideCapex analysisand other regular reporting decks; Provide support on ad hoc analyses

  • Identifyareas of improvement of key business processes and drive changes to processes asrequired- Make recommendations and drive through for results that improve the business processes and free up resources

  • Position yourself as the Capex management toolpoint of contact to help IT team drive the right enhancements

  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

About you

  • excel (bothanalyzingdata with pivots/lookups, and creating excel templates for users to complete)

  • Power Point skills.

  • Preferred (not mandatory): Tableau,Power BI

  • Able to read, write and communicate in English language

  • Effective communication within the team and among various stakeholders

Qualifications
Job requirements:

· You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship. 

· You are at the end of your Bachel0's, or in your Master’s degree:

Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Engineering / Supply Chain / Computer Science / Econometrics / Mathematics. 

· You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. 

· NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Kraft Heinz does NOT provide a working Visa.

Professional Attributes:

· Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.

· Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

· Ability to Simplify We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.

· Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.

· Eagerness to learn about Supply Chain & Logistics in an international, fast-moving environment.

What we offer you

Program start date:  May/June 2026.

Duration 6 months. 

Allowance 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location Amsterdam.

This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
