Job Description

The role will be based in Europe (excluding Germany) to broaden the talent pool and enable recruitment based on the strongest available candidate while aligning compensation with local market conditions.

Your Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with markets and global functions, you lead strategic field operations projects that directly support Miele's global service strategy
  • As a key partner for local service organizations, you drive alignment across regions and help translate global priorities into practical execution
  • Your expertise contributes to the harmonization of processes, tools and ways of working across markets, creating greater consistency and operational efficiency
  • Through strong stakeholder management, you bring together different perspectives, build commitment and keep projects moving towards successful delivery
  • Based on performance insights and business needs, you identify improvement opportunities and turn them into initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Working across multiple countries and functions, you provide transparency on project progress, risks and priorities while ensuring sustainable implementation
  • Represent the voice of the markets in global initiatives and help shape scalable solutions that balance local business needs with global standards

  • You have proven experience managing complex international projects and know how to successfully engage stakeholders across different countries and functions
  • Excellent communication skills enable you to build trust, influence decisions and become the go-to partner for the markets on your projects
  • A positive mindset, high level of energy and strong drive for execution help you deliver results in a dynamic international environment
  • Analytical thinking allows you to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical solutions
  • Experience in service operations, field service, operational excellence or business transformation will help you succeed quickly in this role
  • Comfortable working across cultures and organizational levels, you enjoy building strong relationships and creating alignment around shared objectives
  • Proven experience with Genesys Cloud, Next3, Next4 and IFS is an advantage; experience with comparable enterprise platforms and the ability to quickly learn new systems are equally valued
