Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Global Expert in Licensing & Supervision Frameworks to provide high-level advisory support on the design, development, and implementation of a robust licensing and supervision fee framework. The role will focus on aligning with international best practices, ensuring compliance with global standards, and engaging with industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with or advising leading regulators or supervisory authorities, and bring a deep understanding of fee model design, regulatory benchmarking, and global supervisory practices.

Required Expertise & Credentials

• Experience in leading consultations with industry stakeholders and driving regulatory adoption.
• Familiarity with innovations in payments, digital finance, and enabling technologies (such as digital assets, AI, and fintech) is a plus.

Engagement Details

• Contract Duration: Short-term consultancy.
• Engagement Model: Advisory and hands-on support in framework design, consultation, and rollout.
• Reporting: To senior leadership and project steering group.
