As a Global & EUR Safety Lead at CPW, your mission is to lead and strengthen our Safety, Health and Environment strategy across our factories. You will make a difference by working closely with local SHE teams, factory leadership, and internal and external stakeholders. How you’ll make an impact as a Global & EUR Safety Lead

  • Embed safety as a core leadership value by strengthening accountability and ensuring SHE is fully integrated into daily decision-making and operational routines.
  • Drive SHE cultural transformation at shopfloor level by elevating frontline leadership behaviours through targeted coaching, and impactful communication.
  • Deploy global SHE standards across CPW factories, ensuring consistency while enabling local ownership and high-performing safety cultures.
  • Strengthen risk management and resilience by driving robust audit frameworks and proactive prevention plans to reduce operational risks.
  • Build sustainable capability by developing factory leaders and SHE professionals, reinforcing expertise, mindset and long-term compliance.
  • Accelerate continuous improvement by identifying, sharing and scaling best practices and innovative solutions across sites.
  • Influence business performance by partnering cross-functionally to elevate SHE outcomes and support safe, sustainable operations.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing proven experience in SHE within complex industrial environments, with a strong track record in driving safety culture transformation; hands-on leadership experience at shopfloor level is a strong advantage.
  • Strong expertise in SHE management systems, auditing and risk management, complemented by recognized safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent).
  • Highly effective stakeholder influencer, able to engage, challenge and align leaders across functions, geographies and levels of the organization.
  • Clear and impactful communicator, fluent in English (French is a plus), capable of connecting with audiences from shopfloor teams to senior leadership.
  • Role model of CPW values, demonstrating collaboration, commitment, courage and capability in driving business and people outcomes.
