About the job:
· The Global Ethics & Business Integrity (EBI) Program Manager is responsible for the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Global EBI Program, including the Speak Up Program, and is responsible for the generation of meaningful insights through KPIs and reporting, management of EBI digital assets, and the digitalization and automation of EBI processes where needed.
Main responsibilities:
Drive implementation and continuous enhancement of a Fit-For-Purpose Global EBI Program for Opella. This includes policies and procedures, training and communication, risk assessments, tools and technology, Speak Up alerts triage and case management, KPIs and reporting, etc.
Establish EBI governance at global level in collaboration with Global Process Owners and other key functions
Oversee the design and execution of EBI’s global risk assessment, including coordinating with the EBI Officers to understand any specific local regulatory requirements
Work closely and coordinate with Regional EBI Heads and Zone/Country EBI Officers to obtain regional/zone/local insights and information for the enhancement of the Global EBI Program
Drive cultural transformation through ethical culture initiatives and implement plans to address areas for enhancement based upon ethical culture measurement
Oversee the Conflict-of-Interest (COI) process and tool, confirming the completeness of all declarations received and working closely with the EBI Officers to ensure the timely implementation of mitigation plans for potential or actual conflicts-of-interest
Manage the Speak Up Alerts and Case Management system, including performing the triage and assignment of alerts to investigation leads, updating the case management system, monitoring completion of investigations and reporting
Perform ethics and compliance investigations and recommend disciplinary and corrective measures
Contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of EBI data analytics infrastructure in close collaboration with Digital
Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards of EBI KPIs including monitoring outcomes, trends and actions at global, regional and geographical zone/country level and other KPIs for measurement of the effectiveness of the EBI Program including ethical culture measurement
Drive the generation and reporting of meaningful insights with regards to risks, trends, patterns, outliers, root causes and action plans
Support Global Brand/Regional/Zone/Country EBI Officers to identify and analyze red flags, trends, outliers
Monitor and track the execution of enhancement/remedial action plans
Support reporting requirements such as for non-financial reporting on EBI related areas
Ensure market intelligence on digital initiatives and new landscapes that might be relevant for EBI
Review existing and future EBI processes to assess and execute their digitalization and automation
Drive implementation of EBI owned or related tools in collaboration with Digital and other control functions
Work closely with control functions to facilitate effective coordination of matters across three lines of defense aiming at continuous enhancement of the EBI program.
About you:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in the implementation of robust ethics and compliance programs, the oversight and conduct of compliance investigations, or in other relevant functions such as internal/external audit and/or internal controls.
Big 4 experience, a plus
Experience in using data analytics
Experience in building dashboards
Experience in implementing systems/tools
Experience in project management
Experience working in multinational/multicultural environments
Previous experience in HealthCare or Consumer Goods industries, a plus
Technical skills:
Advanced knowledge of international business ethics and compliance principles, including extraterritorial laws and regulations (e.g., Sapin II, US FCPA)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques is a plus
Knowledge of PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models is a plus
