About the role

Equity & Innovation Manageris acritical role on theCBIA Performance & Effectiveness Team.

You will report to Brand & Expert Director, and responsible forthe management of our Brand Equity Program (BPS) and Innovation Best Practices and Capability.
On Brand equity, you willmanage our Global BPS program andgenerate enterprise-levelinsights that fuel brand strength, supporting decisions making as well as working closely withCategoryand OUs teams toembeddedthose into decisions.

On Innovation, you willbe responsible forcreating best practicesmethodologiesand training as well asgenerate meta-learningatenterpriselevel to supportsuccessacross our diverse portfolioend-to-end

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Brand & Expert Director inidentifyingglobal insight priorities forbrand equity and innovationdevelopment for CBIA.

  • Hypothesis,identifyand prioritise projects to drive greater effectivenessaround Innovation Development (egconcept, claim, volumetric...) Define and execute rigorous pilot methods & analytical approaches,leveraginglearning and scaling pilots whereappropriate, generating data points for future investment models, working with agency partners and Category and OUS CBIA team to embed Best Practices

  • Lead the Global Equity program, ensure data quality and coverage,and partnering with external agency.Conduct in-depth analysis of brand equityperformance dataat global level; this includes managing complex datasets,identifyinggranulartrendsand preparingexec-readyreports that inform strategic recommendations

  • Lead ad hoc projects, including managingday-to-day interactions with specific external service providers for data collection,analysisand reporting, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectation

  • Be the business partner forCategory brand teams,developing deep, enduring insightstobuild capability around brand equity and innovation effectiveness

  • Work closely withCategory and OUsCBIA teams to share learnings, solving growth challenges and inputto strategic future direction

  • Proactively collect feedback from Global and OU teams on insights provided, ensuring an iterative process to make sure all insights are relevant and trusted

  • Managing approved suppliersas well asnegotiatingcontracts with Procurements

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them

  • Experienceinleading multi-country projects and in quantitative research design and business application of analytics techniques

  • Experience inindependentlymanagingandexecutinganalytical projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to global standards

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working withdifferent culturesor in a multi-cultural environment

  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

  • Prior experience in Consumer Health or FMCG, with a focus on brand or innovation analytics

  • A self-starter who cananticipatechallenges,identifysolutions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
