The Opportunity
As our new Global Environmental Partner, you will be an integral part of ourGlobalEnvironmental,Health and Safety(GlobalEHS)team, contributing to projects that reduce our environmental footprint and align with international sustainability standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data, ensure compliance, and identify areas for improvement. What You Will Do
• Support the execution of global environmental programs and initiatives
• Collect,analyze, and report environmental data (e.g. energy, water, waste, emissions) from Nilfisk sites worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainabilityKPIs andpractices in day-to-day operations
• Contribute to ESGrelatedand environmental auditssupportingcompliance withsustainability relatedregulations
• Assist in tracking and reporting progress toward sustainability goals and KPIs
• Maintain documentation and databases related to environmental performance
• Support communication around environmental performance to internal and external stakeholders
• Help create training materials and awareness campaigns about sustainability and environmental practices
• Stay informed about environmental trends, policies, and best practices to support our global strategy
What You Will Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
• A Bachelor’s degree(preferably in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or anyrelated field)
• A proactive and curious mindset, ready to learn and contribute
• A strong attention to detailand passion for driving change
• Excellent communication skillsand fluency in English(written and spoken)
• The ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization
•Experience or familiarity with environmentalsystemsandreporting frameworks like ISO 14001, EcoVadis or SEDEX/SMETAis a plus

The main production facilities are in the US, Mexico, Hungary, Italy, and China. A total of approximately 4,800 employees secured revenue of 1,027.9 mEUR in 2024. The largest single market is the USA covering 28% of revenue in 2024, followed by Germany (14%), France (10%), Denmark (7%), and the UK (4%).
