We give you a world of potential

As regulatory and governance requirements continue to evolve, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, and legal teams are increasingly seeking trusted partners who can help them navigate complex compliance, governance, and reporting obligations.

Our Corporate Governance team provides a comprehensive range of entity management, governance, and company secretarial services to a diverse global client base.

A role you will love

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Entity Compliance team and gain exposure to global corporate governance and compliance activities. You will support the delivery of Global Entity Compliance services for multinational organisations, working across a range of client engagements, projects, and administrative activities. Collaborating with colleagues and clients across multiple jurisdictions, you will help organisations meet their regulatory obligations, maintain strong governance practices, and operate with confidence in an increasingly complex global environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Global Entity Compliance services for multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, external advisers, legal counsel, and global service delivery teams.
  • Coordinate client engagements, including onboarding, entity lifecycle changes, service transitions, and ongoing compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate legal entity records and governance data, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Provide support and guidance on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and transaction-related matters.
  • Monitor and manage client requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives, projects, and operational activities as required.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to support client billing, including invoice preparation and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with a range of administrative and project activities to ensure the successful delivery of client services.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong written communication, analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using legal entity management and subsidiary governance technology.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, company secretarial, compliance, or legal administration activities, gained through professional experience and/or on-the-job learning.
  • Previous experience in a company secretarial, legal, governance, or compliance role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and best practice guidance to resolve issues and support client requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues, including the ability to communicate clearly on complex or sensitive matters.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of workloads and work independently.
  • A degree in a relevant field is essential where being a Student or Graduate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) is desirable but not mandatory and support with study is offered.
