
Global Engineering Manager – Southern Europe & AMEA

Flora Food Group is seeking an experienced Global Engineering Manager to lead capital project delivery across Southern Europe and AMEA.
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end Capex projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget, while improving manufacturing performance and supporting long-term growth.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end Capex project delivery across Turkey, Indonesia, and AMEA region.
Manage project portfolio with annual investments of approximately €5–10 million.
Drive greenfield and brownfield expansion projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop cost estimations.
Lead project planning, execution, and change management processes.
Ensure alignment with global engineering standards and best practices.
Identify and deliver value-creating manufacturing initiatives.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve OEE and plant performance.
Develop project scope, URS documentation, and capital approval requests.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering execution.
Manage external contractors, suppliers, and engineering partners.
Ensure strong cost control, procurement alignment, and schedule management.
Partner with Procurement on tender processes and supplier selection.
Track capital spend, identify risks, and take proactive actions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Finance.
Support sustainability and decarbonization initiatives.
Travel across AMEA region to support project execution.
So, What It Takes To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or similar).
10+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage manufacturing.
Minimum 6 years of project management experience in mid-to-large scale Capex projects.
Strong knowledge of:
Facilities, utilities, civils, and infrastructure.
Manufacturing processes and packaging technologies.
Proven experience managing projects above €5 million.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and engineering best practices.
Experience working in multi-country, complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
