Global Employment Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities

• Global legal support in connection with cross-border employment and workforce management
• Regulatory compliance
• Drafting and reviewing international employment contracts
• Provide legal advice on labor compliance while ensuring corporate governance compliance
• Managing employment related aspects of cross-border corporate restructuring and M&A transaction
• Interpreting and applying international labour standards and regulatroy frameworks

Requirements

• Law degree and a minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a multinational environment
• Competent in global employment policy, international contract drafting and multijurisdictional legal analysis
• Cross-cultural communication
• Pragmatic, business oriented approach
• Competent in legal/ contractual terminology
• Fluent in English/negotiation level
