    • Participate in regional initiatives and contribute to cross-border projects within the Global Employer Services network.

Requirements

Education and Certification:

    • Background in Big 4 or multinational professional services firms is highly desirable.
    • Experience in managing client portfolios, government liaison, and cross-functional projects.
    • Deep understanding of Vietnam’s framework of Personal Income Tax, labor regulations, and related compliance matters.

Other skills:

    • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.

    • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads effectively, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
    • Professional, analytical, and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • A growth-oriented leader who is passionate about people, innovation, and making an impact that matters.
