Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. We’re looking for a Global Employer Branding Specialist to support our Siemens Digital Industries Software employer branding initiatives and programs through engaging brand content, storytelling and recruitment marketing initiatives that help talent discover and engage with Siemens. This is a 12-month contract position.

As part of the Employer Branding team, you’ll support Talent Acquisition teams across the globe, partnering closely with our university relations teams for events and early career initiatives, create engaging content for our candidates to drive awareness and consideration to join #TeamSiemens, support internal communications within Talent Acquisition, support a positive candidate experience and contribute to global employer branding campaigns that support the hiring needs of our businesses.

This is a remote position with your core team in Europe and USA.

Your Involvement and Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas and designs that support Siemens’ employer brand and help candidates discover career opportunities specifically within Siemens software portfolio
• Social media: craft engaging and compelling content for our social media platforms, creating a connected content experience
• Career site: Optimizing our career site for content, SEO and representing the Siemens EVP
• Maintain and execute our internal & external TA communications plan
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of our employee value proposition and employer branding strategy, adapting to local/business/country-specific needs.
• Write, edit and guide content for our career site, social media, email and various recruitment campaigns
• Create engaging content and messaging for our university relations team, supporting student and early careers events and candidate touch points
• Partner with our recruiters and TA business leaders to identify content needs and employer branding support strategies for key talent hiring

What You’ll Bring:

• Must be fluent in English; Additional languages are a plus but not required
• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience developing employer branding and talent marketing content and messaging to engage specific talent audiences
• Experience with graphic design platforms or software such as Canva
• Strong editing, writing and interviewing skills, specifically in English to create engaging content pieces
• Strong project management and creativity. Able to jump from the creative side of branding to the analytical side, letting data and research guide your decisions and content creation
• Positive relationship building, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and you feel empowered working in a global, cross-functional, and diverse team.
• Prior experience in or passion for the software and technology industry
