Our Global Talent Branding & Marketing team helps professionals around the world understand who we are, what we stand for, and what it's like to build a career at Ingram Micro.

How our team works

We're a global team supporting HR teams across 57 countries. Some days we're creating employee stories and social content. Other days we're helping recruiters attract talent in Cloud, AI, and Advanced Solutions. We work closely with HR, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to connect our talent brand to real business outcomes.

Because we're a small team with global reach, everyone contributes. This is not an internship where you'll sit on the sidelines.

What you'll do

• Create content for social media, employee advocacy channels, and our careers website
• Help tell the stories of associates from different countries and teams
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns for priority hiring areas such as Cloud, AI, and Advanced Solutions
• Assist with employee advocacy initiatives, content planning and content strategy.
• Conduct talent market, competitor, and employer brand research
• Help analyze campaign performance and recruitment marketing data
• Support careers website updates and candidate experience initiatives
• Explore how AI and digital tools can improve talent attraction and content creation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Communications teams around the world

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Communication, Marketing, Creative Business, HRM, Psychology, Media, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Interest in storytelling, social media, branding, marketing, or talent acquisition
• Comfortable learning and working with AI and digital tools
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across countries and cultures
• In return, you'll receive a monthly internship allowance of EUR 400 gross.

You'll gain hands-on experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, content creation, social media, employee advocacy, analytics, AI, and Talent Acquisition while working with teams across the world.
