The MMS Global Education & Training Programme Manager owns and drives the organizational capability building to eliminate losses due to lack of skills within the MMS Pillar Framework
Following the initial launch of the pillar by external consultants, this role ensures clear ownership, consistency, and practical application of MMS education and training across Mondi’s plants and mills.
