Global Education & Retail Excellence Manager
Location: Barcelona/London
Mission:
Reporting to our Global Retail Excellence & Education Head of , our Global Education Manager is responsible for end-to-end program management of the Retail Academy—our global flagship learning platform. This role ensures the Retail Academy is strategically designed, flawlessly executed, and continuously improved.
The role requires a highly organized and proactive learning professional with strong Program management capabilities, a solid understanding of retail education environments and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across global stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence with a strategic mindset, ensuring the Retail Academy delivers impactful, relevant, and high-quality learning experiences that support business priorities across brands and markets.
1. Retail Academy Program Management
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Retail Academy, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of all learning initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and continuously update the global Retail Academy masterplan and calendar.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of in-person sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and a seamless participant experience.
- Facilitate learning sessions when needed.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Learning Relevance
- Partner closely with Global Education, Brands, and Markets to ensure learning content is relevant, impactful, and aligned with business priorities.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for HR, Markets, and Brand Education teams in relation to the Retail Academy.
- Foster strong collaboration across stakeholders to support the successful rollout and continuous evolution of the Academy.
3. Learning Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Track key participation metrics, including attendance, engagement, and completion rates.
- Conduct impact assessments and monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, using data and feedback to enhance the Retail Academy experience and outcomes.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in retail education, learning & development, training, or academy/program management roles, ideally within retail, consumer-facing, or transformation-driven environments.
- Experience designing, coordinating, or managing retail/learning academies, capability-building programs, or large-scale learning initiatives is highly valued.
- Proven experience in retail education, L&D, or training roles.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, regional, and local teams.
- High proficiency in presentations, training materials, and learning content coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on high-quality execution.
- Experience in fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environments is a plus.
- Beauty / Luxury Fashion experience is a must
- Global / regional experience preferred
Eduaction:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Economics
Languages:
- English - (Fluent as a must)
- Spanish & French as a plus
