Global E-Commerce Content Intern – Amazon Brand Stores

Job Title

Global eCommerce Content Intern – Amazon Brand Stores

This is an exciting opportunity for you to light the way as a Global E-commerce Content Intern – Amazon Brand Stores, as part of our Global E-commerce Content team in Eindhoven with Signify.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on intern to support the creation, rollout, and optimization of Amazon Brand Stores for leading home lighting brands across ~20 international markets.

In this role, you will support the building and publishing of Brand Stores in Amazon’s backend (using existing assets like images and videos), while also proactively contributing to improving how we plan, localize, and execute content globally

You will work across stakeholders, including Marketing Communications teams, local markets, and external agencies, to ensure stores are delivered on time, with high quality, and with real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Brand Store Build & Execution
    • Build and update Amazon Brand Stores in the Amazon backend using provided assets (images, videos, copy).
    • Structure and assemble store pages using modular content blocks in a clear and effective way.
    • Support the publishing and updating of stores across multiple international marketplaces.
  • Project Coordination & Process Management
    • Support end-to-end coordination of Brand Store creation across:
      • Content requirements (with Marketing Communications teams)
      • Localization (with external translation agencies)
      • Build and publication stages
    • Track progress across markets and ensure timelines are met.
    • Follow up with stakeholders proactively to unblock delays and ensure delivery.
  • Content Planning & Campaign Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and local markets to track key promotional moments across countries.
  • Help create simple, scalable processes to improve visibility of campaigns and ensure Brand Stores support key commercial moments.
  • Work closely with colleagues and markets to align priorities and execution.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose practical improvements.
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we structure, manage, and scale Brand Store content globally.
  • Bring a “make it better” mindset, not just execution, but enhancement.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfortable working in a structured yet dynamic, global environment.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, but able to keep the bigger picture in mind.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Interest in e-commerce and digital content (Amazon experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with structured tools, trackers, or content systems.
  • Basic understanding of visual/content composition (not mandatory, but helpful).

What we’re really looking for

This is not a purely executional role.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Takes responsibility for their work and follows through.
  • Is curious about how things can be improved.
  • Is comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Wants to contribute to building stronger, more impactful content capabilities, not just maintaining them.

What you’ll get in return…

  • Continuous mentoring and feedback throughout your internship.
  • Internship allowance; the exact amount depends on your situation (also towards rented accommodation or public transportation).
  • Paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.
  • Extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personalized learning platform.
  • Opportunity to purchase products in the staff shop at reduced prices.
  • We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles. Learning is fundamental to our culture. Through continuous learning, we are transforming the industry. You have the chance to learn every day, acquire new skills and perspectives through customized online programs, and on-the-job experiences.
  • As an intern, you will be part of the intern program in the Netherlands, consisting of several events, trainings and networking opportunities with your peer students. Join us and shine brighter together!

Notes

  • EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.

Please apply only if you can meet the aforementioned requirements.

Everything we’ll do for you

You can grow a lasting career here. We’ll encourage you, support you, and challenge you. We’ll help you learn and progress in a way that’s right for you, with coaching and mentoring along the way.
