– What to expect:
The Global Distribution Project Manager leads the end-to-end project management for process improvement initiatives, from planning through to execution. The initiatives can include the analysis and design or redesign of business processes across multiple functions in distribution operations as well as across the wider organisation.This role will coordinate the stakeholders and manage a project team to enable cross-functional collaboration. It will require working closely with the different subject matter experts and other project managers, developing project plans, timelines, and managing project resource allocations.
The role will monitor, track and report on project progress, risks, key performance indicators (KPIs), project outcomes and ensure adherence to project management governance to our CVI quality standards.

About you:
We are looking for someone with:
A proven record of delivering successful projects in operational functions such as within the domestic and international supply chains.
Financial understanding; able to define business cases, including return on investment.
Experience of continuous improvement and the related metrics.
Strong communication skills (English) in both verbal and written / presentation formats, for both informal and formal purposes, and experience working with audiences from technical implementation staff to executive leaders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to get the best out of cross-functional teams where subject matter expertise is critical to a project.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate in a high-pressure environment.
An understanding of lean as well as continuous improvement tools, and the ability to communicate and support the implementation of these tools amongst our distribution team is desirable.
Experience & Education:
Required:
Significant project management practitioner experience in a distribution environment (5+ years).
Able to think strategically and view the business from a general management standpoint.
Experience with cultural, organisational and business process change efforts.
Experience in writing technical standards and work instructions.
Preferred:
A first level degree in a supporting subject would be an advantage.
A mathematics qualification that encompasses data analytics techniques.
Formal project management certification, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent.
