
The Global Director Talent Advisory (i) is responsible for the Firm’s global human resources (HR) practices, (ii) acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and (iii) partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Talent Development, Talent Total Rewards, Talent Recruiting, Talent Operations, Chiefs, and Practice Group leadership.
The Global Director is responsible for managing services including but not limited to employee relations, policies, investigations, performance management, compliance, culture and change. The role supports all of Dechert’s global offices for both legal and business professionals.
The Global Director will oversee the management of the Global Talent Advisory Team, around 10 members, to ensure exceptional client service and seamless execution of priorities.
This position requires expertise in employment law, cross border HR operations, and the ability to support a diverse, global workforce.

Additional Job Description
At the time of this posting, the salary range for this position in New York is $275,000 - $335,000 annually. Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the position.
