What You Will Do:

  • Align with internal teams to streamline processes for extending digital shelf content across DAM and PIM systems, ensuring improved content access and consistency for all teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison between global and regional teams to support content management processes, content creation, and content testing while ensuring alignment across markets.
  • Edit, develop, and implement digital shelf content for priority markets and global retailers across a variety of platforms and tools.
  • Support content syndication by ensuring digital asset completeness and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date content within DAM and PIM systems.
  • Create additional content and assets for testing purposes to improve shopper engagement and drive higher sell‑out rates.
  • Leverage digital shelf measurement tools to analyze content effectiveness and make data‑driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the digital shelf space, and proactively recommend enhancements to the digital shelf strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to markets and cross‑functional teams by sharing digital shelf best practices.
  • Expand your skills by collaborating across multiple digital shelf functions and supporting team members as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in product content management, content marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and digital shelf platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, Pimcore, and 1WorldSync.
  • Strong ability to create, edit, and manage high‑quality visual and written content using standard tools and software, like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, digital shelf best practices, and consumer product data hierarchies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset that blends analytical thinking with disciplined creativity and hands‑on execution.
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to deepen your understanding of the full e‑commerce content ecosystem.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills, supported by excellent organization, accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail.

What is Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of focus group methodologies, online testing best practices, or content‑driven data insights.
  • Data analytics experience, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Experience using AI‑powered tools or workflows to enhance content creation, optimization, or efficiency.
