Job Description

On behalf of our client, a global online video-sharing and social media platform headquartered in the United States, we are looking for Icelandic-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialists to join an on-site team in Athens.

Your Role:

  • Provide customer care and technical support via email and chat (no phone support)
  • Support content creators and monetized partners with account settings and content-related inquiries
  • Assist with monetization questions and partner program inquiries
  • Guide users through account recovery and appeals processes
  • Troubleshoot platform-related technical issues
  • Work in a structured, tool-based environment with ongoing training and support
  • Participate in regular team meetings and coaching sessions

Requirements

  • Fluent Icelandic (C1/native level, written and spoken)
  • Very good English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship (mandatory)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Advanced PC and internet navigation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • General understanding of online advertising tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to process changes
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
