Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Global Digital & Data Transformation professional to shape and deliver the digital strategy for a complex, international Facilities Management account.

Working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, you will connect data, technology and operational priorities to create measurable business outcomes for both the client and operational teams.

This is a client-facing role combining digital strategy, data and analytics, Power BI, smart-building technologies, IoT, technology integration and organisational change.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior client and business stakeholders, translating technical possibilities into practical solutions that can be adopted consistently across a global operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the account's digital experience and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with client strategy, operational priorities and contractual requirements.
• Own the data, KPI and reporting framework, transforming operational information into meaningful insight and compelling executive reporting.
• Lead the deployment and integration of digital technologies including Power BI, CMMS platforms, IoT, smart-building solutions and automation.
• Partner with senior client, IT and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage priorities and translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.
• Drive adoption across countries and sites, developing digital/data champions and ensuring solutions move successfully from implementation into daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data, Business, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent professional English
• 6 years' experience in digital transformation, data, analytics, digital operations
• Strong experience with Power BI, data analytics, KPI/reporting frameworks and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven client-facing stakeholder management combined with exposure to IoT, smart buildings, CMMS/data integration, technology transformation or digital workplace programmes.
