You will support category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance and other functions. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors' strategies.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross functional, multi-regional teams and engage both internal and external partners to support superior product innovation, business model innovation etc. which deliver sustainable, incremental and profitable revenue potential
  • Support strategic innovation roadmap
  • Support innovation process, cross functionally from concept to commercialization
  • Secure successful roll out of existing bundle in white space markets
  • Support regions with best practices on winning bundle

What you need to know about this position:

The Global eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role within Mondelēz’s Global eCommerce team. The team defines the enterprise eCommerce vision and long-term roadmap while partnering with Business Units around the world to accelerate growth, build capabilities and shape the future of digital commerce.

This is a highly visible role with broad global exposure across customers, markets, data, technology and commercial teams. You will help translate enterprise priorities into scalable actions, identify emerging opportunities, and bring innovative capabilities and best practices to life across markets. Success in this role requires equal parts curiosity, analytical thinking, influence and execution excellence. You will operate at the center of Mondelēz’s eCommerce transformation agenda, helping build capabilities and experiences that support our ambition to become the #1 Snacking Company Online.

Flywheel Excellence and Capability Development

  • Lead governance and optimization of key eCommerce Flywheel initiatives across priority markets and customers
  • Develop KPI frameworks and performance reporting to identify opportunities and measure impact
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including content excellence, execution standards and operational effectiveness
  • Lead global forums and knowledge-sharing platforms to scale winning practices
  • Inspire and influence local eCommerce and sales teams to deliver exceptional commerce experiences

Priority Digital Customer Acceleration

  • Support development of Joint Business Planning and Joint Value Creation frameworks with strategic customers
  • Lead performance tracking and business reviews across priority digital commerce customers
  • Partner with Business Units and Global Sales teams to strengthen omnichannel initiatives to drive sales and share gains

Turn Data into Action

  • Partner with Insights & Analytics and MDS teams to build scalable measurement capabilities
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that identify winning practices and growth opportunities
  • Translate data and insights into clear actions that improve business outcomes and customer value

Emerging eCommerce workstreams

  • Lead initiatives focused on digital impulse, shopper behavior and iPPA opportunities
  • Design and execute test-and-learn programs with retailers and BU teams
  • Scale successful frameworks and capabilities across regions and categories

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Critical intrapreneurial mindset and skills, proven ability to integrate with Sales / Operations teams
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem - both technical and business aspects
  • Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners
  • Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing both internal and external resources; flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles
  • Global mindset/perspective required
  • Passion for eCommerce and team spirit a must

Education / Certifications:

  • MBA Degree is required

Job specific requirements:

  • 8-10 years Sales/Marketing FMCG out of which 2-3 years’ experience in eCommerce with outstanding performance (BU/Market experience must)
  • Global experience, managing multi markets and scaling platforms in several countries is preferred

Travel requirements: As needed

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.No Relocation support available
