Position Summary

Project Unlock is a global purchasing strategy focused on procuring long lead-time items at a global level, warehousing those materials centrally, and distributing them to plants worldwide in smaller quantities as needed. To ensure successful execution of this strategy, we need a Deployment Coordinator dedicated to managing the cross-functional deployment process once equipment and materials are ready for release.

Purpose of the Role

The Deployment Coordinator will own coordination of the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders and successful delivery to plants. This role will work closely with regional financial controllers, logistics, trade compliance, plant teams, and other subject matter experts to ensure deployments are executed on time and in compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Equipment deployment activities for Project Unlock
  • Align regional financial controllers, logistics, trade compliance, plant stakeholders, and SMEs
  • Ensure all deployment requirements are identified and addressed before equipment/material is shipped
  • Drive resolution of issues that could delay shipment or delivery
  • Provide oversight of the deployment process from release through plant delivery
  • Ensure required financial, logistics, and compliance steps are completed
  • Escalate risks and delays as needed

Skills and Experience Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience working with supply chain, logistics, finance, and/or trade compliance teams
  • Experience in project coordination or cross-functional program support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Ability to drive accountability
  • Familiarity with global shipping, warehousing, and plant operations is a plus

Value to the Project

This role is critical to the success of Project Unlock because it closes the gap between global procurement and successful plant deployment. Without a dedicated owner for this process, there is increased risk of delays, misalignment across functions, compliance issues, and missed deployment timelines. A Deployment Coordinator will provide the structure, accountability, and visibility needed to ensure globally sourced materials are delivered to plants efficiently and effectively.

This position does not support immigration sponsorship.

The range for this position is $70,306.00 - $96,671.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
