Shape the future of Demand & Supply Planning across CPW globally

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planning professional to lead the global DSP Excellence agenda across Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW).

Based in the Toruń Center of Competence, this global role is responsible for defining and driving CPW's DSP strategy, standards and capabilities in collaboration with Nestlé and senior CPW stakeholders. The role will ensure alignment, adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across regions and categories.

Main Purpose of the Job

Define and drive the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence strategy for CPW, ensuring alignment with Nestlé standards and business priorities. Lead the deployment of planning governance, standards, tools and capabilities across regions and categories while influencing stakeholders to secure adoption and continuous improvement.

In this position you will:

  • Define and continuously evolve the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence roadmap for CPW.
  • Lead the development, governance and deployment of DSP standards, methodologies and best practices across regions and categories.
  • Partner with Nestlé and senior CPW Operations stakeholders to shape planning strategy and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Drive adoption and sustainability of DSP processes, tools and ways of working globally.
  • Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives to strengthen planning maturity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Influence regional, category and CoC stakeholders to secure alignment and consistent execution of planning standards.
  • Lead global DSP improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve planning effectiveness and business results.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability development across the DSP community.

What will make you successful:

  • Proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Excellence or Supply Chain Transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integrated business planning processes.
  • Experience defining and deploying global processes, standards or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
  • Experience working in an international and highly collaborative environment.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution abilities.
  • Experience with planning or ERP tools (e.g. SAP or similar) is an advantage.
