The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in shaping global demand planning across our IDPC and DCD businesses. Your insights will help translate market signals into accurate demand plans, enabling stronger delivery performance, better customer experiences, and optimized supply chain decisions.

As a trusted partner to commercial, business, and supply chain stakeholders around the world, you will connect data, assumptions, and business strategy to create a clear demand outlook. Your work will directly influence how we plan, prioritize, and serve customers globally.

Based in Oragadam, India, you'll join a highly collaborative Global SIOP team where transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork drive business performance and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the global demand planning process for IDPC and DCD businesses, ensuring reliable forecasts that support business and supply chain decisions.
• Facilitate demand review meetings with global and regional stakeholders to align assumptions and create a shared view of future demand.
• Convert market intelligence, commercial inputs, and data insights into realistic demand plans that can be effectively executed by operations teams.
• Drive forecast accuracy initiatives, helping improve planning quality, inventory outcomes, and customer delivery performance.
• Support planning system enhancements, including SAP IBP initiatives, to strengthen planning capabilities, visibility, and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or integrated business planning within a global or complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable business decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, operations, and leadership teams.
• Experience working with demand planning systems, forecasting tools, or integrated planning platforms; SAP IBP experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, data structures, and forecasting performance metrics such as forecast accuracy.
