Job Description

The Demand & OTR COE Leader is responsible for leading a global team delivering Demand Placement, OTR Support and Billing activities. This role drives standardization and operational excellence across planning and execution, ensuring alignment with Quality Work Instructions (QWI), Standard work and critical activities.

The COE Leader will lead strategic initiatives to deliver breakthrough performance and sustainable improvement. The role partners closely with ITR Subregion Leaders, Service Directors, and Region Operations Leaders to ensure contractual commitments are met, while collaborating cross-functionally (Parts, Repairs, Services, Finance, and Commercial teams) to enhance end-to-end performance across the Inquire-to-Remittance (ITR) process.

What you’ll do

Safety & Quality

  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and consistent execution across all activities
  • Deploy and enforce standard work across planning and execution in line with QWIs, Standard work and critical activities
  • Champion Lean transformation, leading Problem Solving Reviews (PSRs), Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Drive process standardization and COE integration, ensuring consistent execution and seamless communication across regions and functions
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables across Demand Placement, Billing accuracy, and OTR Support activities

Delivery

  • Lead a large global team across Demand Placement, Billing, and OTR Support, ensuring consistent execution and on-time delivery across all contract types
  • Drive Daily Management rigor, owning KPI performance aligned to strategic priorities and ensuring targets are met
  • Serve as the primary global interface for CS, TX, and MMP Business Lines, ensuring alignment and responsiveness
  • Enhance Outage Excellence, ensuring robust planning with full readiness of Parts, Repairs, Services
  • Operate with urgency and ownership, proactively resolving cross-functional issues impacting delivery and cycle times

Cost

  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure financial performance, cost control, and cash flow delivery
  • Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through Lean initiatives and optimized workload balancing
  • Support delivery of billing accuracy and cash targets, contributing to improved working capital and overall portfolio performance

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in operations, supply chain, project management etc. roles with advanced Leadership experience with a large team
  • Excellent problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in operations and services with clear ownership of business outcomes at scale
  • Ability to drive standardization and performance improvement globally, across diverse teams and operating environments
  • Solid business and financial acumen, linking operations to cash, cost, and delivery performance
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, developing leaders, and driving accountability
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence across senior leaders and regions

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
