Job Title: Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager

Join us as a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager and help optimize our supply chain across regions and product portfolios. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, improve inventory health, and support smarter planning.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and improve statistical forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support planning and inventory decisions

• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement

• Lead monthly global and regional demand review meetings

• Provide training and support to regional planners

• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools and processes

• Set and manage global inventory targets and policies

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain performance
  

What You Bring

• 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan)

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strategic mindset with hands-on analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
