As Global Delivery Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the setup, execution, and improvement of Foxway’s global deliveries. You will work across regions, with HP, Dell, Lenovo and local distributors/partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and predictable delivery for global customers.
This is a cross-functional role combining operational leadership, partner management, and customer-facing delivery. This role will be directly reporting to Director Deal Desk.
Responsible for Foxway’s global delivery setup ensuring consistency across hubs, regions, and partners.
Secure delivery according to customer agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
Act as escalation owner for complex global deliveries and high-priority customers.
Act as a pre-sales support and develop strong solutions for our incoming customers.
Ensure onboarding of new global customers and delivery models.
Drive continuous improvement together with partners.
Act as a senior delivery contact for global key customers.
Collaborate closely with several internal department.
Minimum 5 years combined experience in global delivery, operations, or supply chain management.
Experience managing international partners and cross-border delivery models.
Background from IT services, lifecycle services, logistics, or complex B2B operations is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
Proactive, resilient, and confident in decision-making.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in complex environments.
Comfortable working across cultures, countries, and organizational boundaries.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Supply Chain Management, or other Education relevant to excel at Foxway.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
