The incumbent has overall responsibility for the management of all operations in Singapore.
This role has responsibility for overseeing Global Delivery’s workforce in Singapore and delivery of the processes and services in partnership with global business and corporate function leaders. The role provides leadership and oversight across the entire footprint in Singapore while ensuring the appropriate structures and accountability are in place with senior stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC. The role is also responsible for the governance and oversight for areas of compliance within the Singapore regulatory framework.
What you will be responsible for
Execution and monitoring of Global Delivery service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring that services delivered across all Global Delivery functional areas are executed in line with service level requirements while leveraging local leadership and developing global and regional best‑practice solutions for clients.
Partner with global and regional leadership to review the effectiveness of the operating model and build strategies for transformational change aimed at creating synergies and enhanced client outcomes.
Ensure appropriate integration of Global Delivery into risk and compliance frameworks are established across all business areas and corporate functions operating in Singapore.
Ensure Global Delivery functional leads are focused on appropriate allocation of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the areas of responsibility and continuously improve overall resiliency.
Provide leadership for staff on the ground through the establishment of governance, management routines and strong partnerships with global business and corporate function leaders.
Partner with global business and corporate function leaders to optimize current budgets and planned investments in Singapore.

What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
Multiple years of experience leading a complex operational or service delivery organization, ideally within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in a global, matrixed organization and partner across multiple lines of business and corporate functions, with particular emphasis on technology, operations, risk and compliance.
Strong ability to drive performance improvement within a complex local/global organizational environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing through multiple economic cycles.
Proven track record in driving improvements towards an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Qualification and Requirements
Over 15 years of experience running operations within financial services
Enterprise leadership skills managing client service delivery and business growth.
Experience interfacing at a senior level with clients, service providers and regulators.
Strong team leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication and presentation skills
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ethical decision-making skills
Focus on talent management, optimizing technology and managing operational risk
An ability to think strategically, managing complexity, change and multiple priorities
A successful association in major operational model or platform improvements
