It focuses on the Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) domain, partnering closely with regions and market units worldwide. The role drives initiatives to ensure high‑quality, consistent master data, supports data cleansing activities, and leads data migrations as part of a broader business transformation program.

Your responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and continuously enhance global data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and master data object definitions for the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) domain.
  • Ensure compliance of data governance activities with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal policies across a global Pharmaceutical and MedTech environment.
  • Partner with regions, market units, and cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to standardize and implement master data management practices.
  • Act as a key driver of data literacy, governance awareness, and best practices through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Lead and coordinate data cleansing initiatives to improve the quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer, credit, collections, dispute, banking, and FI transactional master data.
  • Own and drive data migration activities within business transformation programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless migration of I2C-relevant data objects.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide meaningful reporting and recommendations to senior management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for master data-related issues, providing expert guidance and support to data experts and business stakeholders globally.
  • Investigate, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies and systemic data quality issues within the I2C process landscape.
  • Contribute to long-term master data strategies and continuous improvement initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Your qualifications

  • University degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in data governance, master data management, data migration, or a comparable role within the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in data cleansing, data quality management, and master data governance processes, ideally within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) domain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP-based data management solutions (e.g., SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA) and the broader I2C process landscape.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and data quality expectations in global healthcare-related environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable team player with a strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and experience working successfully in global, multicultural organizations.
