The Global Data Factory Specialist supports the design and delivery of data and business intelligence solutions at global level, contributes to analytics execution under the guidance of senior team members, and enables data-driven decision-making through structured data products and reporting outputs.

Accountabilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of global data and business intelligence solutions.
  • Contribute to multi‑country analytics initiatives by supporting technical design and solution implementation.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data pipelines in line with defined standards and templates.
  • Support data quality, consistency and performance monitoring across data and BI solutions.
  • Apply global data governance, security, and development guidelines in daily activities.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and basic analysis tasks to support insight generation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support analytics delivery and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of data solutions.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of initial experience in business intelligence, data management, or analytics roles (entry-level profile).
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.
  • Basic experience working with structured data and databases; data modeling and engineering skills are a plus
  • Comfortable working in team-based or cross-functional environments under the supervision of more senior colleagues.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable Collective Agreement:CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)

Contractual Level:Employee (2) level

Contract Type:Permanent – Full Time

The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000 - €49.000 The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.

The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (‘premio di risultato’) linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
