Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Manager for the Business Unit Transformers to join our team shaping the future of energy through digital innovation, data‑driven insights, and AI‑enabled solutions. In this role, you will drive data‑ and AI‑enabled value creation by converting business strategy into prioritized AI initiatives, ensuring measurable impact across operations, decision‑making, and innovation. Your background

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications) highly valued.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry.
  • Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
  • Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
  • Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machine learning and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
  • Ability to bridge strategy, governance, and execution.
