Job Description

OF ROLE
Based in IQVIA's India offices (Bangalore/Gurgaon), the Regulatory Intelligence Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the Regulatory Intelligence (RI) offering, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of client services and operational excellence. The role involves machine translation management, portal administration, access management, client support activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the GMI Offering Management and Sales teams to support and enhance the Regulatory Intelligence offering.
  • Manage client requirements and ensure all deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Perform machine translations and conduct quality reviews by proofreading and post-editing machine-translated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer expectations.
  • Evaluate machine translation outputs and provide structured feedback to continuously improve translation quality and processes.
  • Support key operational activities, including: Machine Translation Services;
    Portal Setup and Configuration for New Clients; Change Management Activities; User Access and Role Management; Service Request Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Offering Management, Sales teams, internal stakeholders, and clients.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve process gaps, inconsistencies, and operational issues.
  • Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and key operational metrics to management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of Regulatory Intelligence products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial leadership teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and service innovation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting additional business priorities and responsibilities as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Any bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of proofreading and/or user management experience.
  • Post-editing of machine-translated content is a great advantage.
  • Ability to make logical decisions while performing tasks.
  • Experience in user access & role management would be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, proofreading, and editorial skills, with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Broad knowledge on the concepts, practices and procedures of the client service area.
  • Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience preferred.
  • Any prior knowledge on regulatory would be added advantage.
