We’re seeking a Global Customer Services Lead to join our Global Aftermarket Management Team. You will work hand-in-glove with the commercial and operations management across all our different market companies in all regions and report to the Aftermarket Manager for Global Customer Service & Coordination.
As you work alongside senior commercial leaders, you’ll gain first-hand experience in executing on full potential commercial growth in a dynamic and fast-paced private equity backed environment. This is not a back-office role – you will own real projects and project streams end-to-end, and produce output that goes directly into the hands of our global sales organization, and our Corporate Management Team (CMT).
This is a critical role within our global commercial organization with indefinite room for development – personally and professionally – all depending on the individual’s own ambitions and performance.
What You’ll Do
Your mandate: ensure that whatever we sell is delivered to a world-class standard – building the global processes, competence, and quality standards, and equipping our market companies locally, so that every customer gets the safety assurance and uptime their operations depend on, while making the most of our technician resources to reach as many customers as possible.
Global Process Development
Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global aftermarket processes, systems, and tools, with a focus on customer interaction processes such as quoting, scheduling, work preparation, documentation, and invoicing.

Drive process and system implementation activities, including testing, training, documentation, and change management.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives related to process development, digitalization, and standardization across the global technical service organization.
Operational Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Drive the implementation of new products, business initiatives, organizational changes, and system enhancements affecting the global aftermarket organization.
Act as the primary contact for Service Coordinators and Service Managers, driving the resolution of process-related issues and collecting feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with Product Companies, Sales, Projects, Spares and the Aftermarket organization to ensure effective communication, successful project handovers, and alignment of operational activities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials related to process improvements, implementations, and operational performance.
Performance, Training & Market Development
Drive competence mapping and training initiatives for the global service organization, coordinating development activities related to products, processes, and systems.
Monitor, analyze, and report operational KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance across the global aftermarket organization.
Drive market visits, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities to understand operational needs, gather feedback, and promote standardized global ways of working.
Who You Are
Structured, hands-on, and driven, with the discipline to turn global standards into practical local execution.
A natural leader with strong project management and process optimization skills, demonstrated through professional experience, projects, or academic work.
An excellent communicator and collaborator who enjoys working across technical, sales, and project teams, as well as with colleagues and market companies around the world.
Comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues and stakeholders from different cultures and regions.
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a global, cross-functional role. We value the right mindset and ambition as much as experience.
