Your new role
As a Global Customer Insights Lead, you will generate actionable customer & market insights that help shape business strategy across key therapy areas, providing recommendations that inform decision-making at brand, portfolio and corporate level. You will partner with HQ to solve complex business problems while owning advanced analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions that power Novo Nordisk’s global insights engine.

Your new department
In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
You will join the Strategic Marketing & Insights P&PS GBS team in Bangalore – a dynamic and collaborative department dedicated to delivering high-quality analytics and insights that shape strategic decisions globally. Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, the team partners with cross-functional stakeholders across HQ, regions and affiliates to address key business priorities, with a shared ambition to make a meaningful impact on the patients we serve.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a curious, analytically strong data science & insights professional who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and commercial strategy. To succeed in this role, you bring:
A master's degree (preferably in a quantitative or management discipline) from a well-recognised institute, alongside an undergraduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc) or Engineering (BTech), with a strong academic track record
