Optimal HR, on behalf of its client, a multinational company that specializes in multilingual services, is looking to recruit German Speaking Global Customer Advisor.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls
• Providing personalized solutions for each client

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the German language (spoken/written)
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Prior experience in a call center will be considered as a plus
• IT literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation, understanding customer needs
