Purpose of the Role

As a CRM Functional Expert, you will be the driving force behind Sonova’s CRM adoption and maturity across the Wholesale organization. Acting as the global go-to person for CRM Sales topics, you’ll enable Commercial Excellence by leveraging Salesforce to its full potential—enhancing sales efficiency, process governance, and data quality to empower our teams and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

More About the Role

In this role, you’ll represent Sales within our CRM ecosystem, collaborating closely with global stakeholders, process owners, and IT partners. You will:

  • Lead CRM-related projects and implementations aligned with strategic commercial initiatives.

  • Define and optimize Sales processes within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with business and data privacy requirements.

  • Drive CRM adoption and release cycles, continuously improving agility, efficiency, and user experience.

  • Identify opportunities to boost sales productivity through innovative tools and a mobile-first approach (e.g., Salesforce Maps).

  • Strengthen CRM knowledge across the organization through user training, coaching, and content creation for the CRM Knowledge & Training Portal

  • Shape and govern Sonova’s CRM Core by defining and monitoring standardized business processes and data models.

More About You

You’re a business-driven CRM professional with a passion for enabling sales teams through technology. You bring:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a commercial or B2B setting.

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment

  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach—with the confidence to act as a trusted partner to business and IT.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Project Management, or Change Management will be considered a strong asset.
