What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Global CRM Manager to lead and support customer relationship programs across multiple regions. Your goal will be to boost customer engagement and conversion by delivering effective campaigns and using data to improve results.

You’ll work closely with local teams and other departments to ensure campaigns are consistent, impactful, and aligned with global goals. You’ll also help local teams grow their CRM skills and promote the best practices to ensure scalable success worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Design new impactful CRM Journeys aligned with Global strategic goals
  • Persuade regions and local team to apply Global guidelines and journeys, leveraging on a data driven approach
  • Run and track CRM campaigns across regions ensuring smooth and consistent execution
  • Use data to improve campaign performance
  • Share CRM best practices across local teams, standardize and scale CRM processes
  • Make the most of CRM tools and channels to drive results

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economy, Data Analytics, or similar
  • 5y + Experience managing CRM campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and teamwork abilities
  • Organized Project Management attitude
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing tools
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
