Global Costing Controller

Join us

This is a newly established global position within Operations Controlling, reporting to the Global Costing Manager.

You will play a key role in shaping and operating the Group’s product costing framework, covering approximately HUF 300 billion annual COGS across 4,000 SKUs and 8 production sites worldwide. Your mission is to ensure accurate product cost measurement and profitability analysis, while supporting the design and implementation of standard costing in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment and operation of global standard costing practices for finished goods, API and CDMO activities.

• Perform planning, budgeting, closing, forecasting and variance analysis for product costs and COGS.

• Guide and train local costing and finance teams across international production sites.

• Contribute to the development and standardization of the Group Costing Manual.

• Support the design and implementation of interim and long-term costing and reporting system solutions.

• Actively participate in SAP S/4HANA standard costing and management reporting implementation.

• Drive product cost optimization initiatives and support SKU and portfolio profitability analysis.

• Prepare management reports and benchmarking analyses, and contribute to executive-level materials.

• Support M&A activities and deputize for the Global Costing Manager when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product or standard costing within manufacturing or operations controlling roles at large multinational companies.

• Strong conceptual and hands-on expertise in standard costing and COGS calculation in an SAP environment.

• Experience in multi-site or international environments is an advantage.

• SAP product costing implementation experience is a strong plus.

• Fluent English and Hungarian.
