The Global Corporate Income Tax Senior Specialist supports the Group’s corporate income tax activities by ensuring accurate tax compliance, high‑quality reporting, and timely analysis of international tax matters. The role contributes to tax planning initiatives, manages assigned audits, and provides technical expertise to support business decisions and improve tax processes globally.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the consolidation of the Group’s Effective Tax Rate (ETR), perform advanced variance analysis and ensure accurate, timely reporting from subsidiaries.
Prepare the documentation related to the Pillar2, Hybrid mismatch and CBCR.
Monitor international tax developments (OECD, EU, local regulations) and assess potential impacts on the Group.
Manage technical interactions (on assigned topics) with external advisors on assigned topics with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, including handling specific audit queries.
Contribute to direct tax planning initiatives and analysis aimed at optimizing the effective tax rate.
Support cross‑functional projects involving tax implications (e.g., M&A, restructuring, business model changes).
Provide technical support and knowledge sharing within the tax team on technical tax matters
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced Excel (pivoting, data modeling, automation).
Full professional proficiency in English.
SKILLS
Strong problem‑solving and analytical capability.
