YOUR ROLE

The Global Marketing Communication Manager builds and reinforces the Group’s attractivity as a business leader by optimizing the quality and clarity of product messaging via dedicated tools; towards external stakeholders in all regions. She/he acts as a strategist and chief coordinator of business promotion – driving communication part of CEVA’s Go-to-Market strategies for both new and key existing products, as well as passionately promoting the portfolio in a variety of mediums to accelerate awareness and build a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales organization that accelerates orders. Develop CEVA Logistics brand, products and services’ attractiveness to customers and external influencers for the benefit of sales growth and customer retention. Design strategies and operations in relation with GHO business lines, GHO Marketing department and Clusters and lead the deployment of relevant and approved action plans.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Strategy & Planning:

  • Define and implement the global 360° marketing-communication strategy (online & offline) aligned with business objectives (lead generation, customer loyalty, brand and product awareness).
  • Translate corporate and business unit goals into integrated communication plans per segment, region, and channel.
  • Build and manage the annual MarCom plan and budget, including campaign roadmaps, key milestones, KPIs, and resource planning.
  • Work closely with product management, and regional marketing teams to ensure priorities, strategies and messaging are aligned.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute full-funnel digital campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion → loyalty) across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing via: Marketing automation (email sequences, workflows, lead scoring, nurturing paths), Landing pages, gated content, webinars, and events, Retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM) where relevant
  • Optimize SEO and SEA/paid media (search, display, social ads) to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution (UTM tagging, pixels, CRM / MAP integration) to measure ROI and pipeline contribution.

Channel & Campaign Orchestration (360° Activation)

  • Recommends and coordinates integrated 360° campaigns combining: Digital, Events, PR, media relations, and influencers/KOLs
  • Coordinate global campaign toolkits for local markets (templates, key messages, visual assets) and support local adaptation and deployment.
  • Ensure coherence and synergy between corporate campaigns and regional/local initiatives.

Marketing Technology, Data & Performance

  • Contributes to the MarTech stack used for digital communication and lead management (e.g. marketing automation, CRM, CMS, social media management, analytics tools).
  • Defines and monitor KPIs across the funnel: Reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics ; MQLs, SQLs, opportunity creation, and contribution to revenue ; Customer engagement and retention indicators (open/click rates, event participation, community growth)
  • Produce regular performance dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders, with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Lead a continuous optimization approach (A/B testing, CRO, content performance analysis, budget reallocation).

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Act as the global point of contact for MarCom topics across global product marketing, business units and sectors.
  • Functionally animate a network of regional marketing/communication managers, sharing guidelines, best practices, and toolkits.
  • Work closely with: Global Products and Offers management team ; Product Lines ; Vertical management teams

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • University Degree bachelor in Communications, Marketing strategies, Journalism.
  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in Marketing and Communications / at international scale Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness).
  • Ability to work within a large international organization.
  • Excellent writing skills : press releases and kits, media briefings, speeches, presentations, articles, messages, strategic planning etc.
  • Capable of understanding business challenges / issues and translating them into communication proposals.
  • Fluent in French & English (written & spoken).
