Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join the GCB China team. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to really grow our footprint and ensure we continue to deliver a best in class service on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities covered by these areas:

  1. Build and develop Treasurer level coverage of Corporate Bank clients in China
  2. Provide primary coverage for clients not currently requiring coverage driven by Corporate Finance products (M&A, ECM, Strategic Debt finance)
  3. Develop forward looking new business plans for clients and maintain existing business relationships
  4. Be focused on the marketing of in-scope Corporate Bank products, including Traditional Credit Product, Debt, Treasury Services, Trade Finance, Investor Services, Asset Management, FX, Derivatives and Commodities
  5. Partner with the IB Client Executive, and drive account planning processes for Corporate Bank clients, especially on the use of credit capital and balancing the firm wide priorities
  6. Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's broad array of corporate banking products and to help convert client analysis into concrete financial solutions

Your Background:

  1. Relationship manager background with capability to build and develop Large Corporate/FI client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally
  2. Solid knowledge of credit and commercial banking products
  3. Strong commercial judgment and partnership skills
  4. Understanding of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking and securities processing would be very helpful
  5. Strong influencing skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environment
  6. The ability to read and speak English and Mandarin is a prerequisite
