✔ 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and corporate account management
✔ University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
✔ Proven experience in corporate sales across multiple channels, ideally within facility management, hospitality, or restaurant industries
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in diverse, multicultural teams
✔ Financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in pricing strategies, contract terms, and cost management
✔ Technology proficiency, including CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages within the region.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across national and international markets.
