•Support HQ in monthly closing topics (Turnover & EBIT analyses, cost center analyses, hourly rate analyses, customer; bonus/commissions, license payments and external services, other ad hoc reports);
•Assist HQ controllers in the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecast cycles;
•Contributes to the development of standard/ special financial reports;
•Prepare accurate and timely financial reports highlighting key findings for the HQ (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly, management board presentations, different financial analysis, etc);
•Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline financial operations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
•Proven experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role;
•Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs-Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
•Proactive, service-oriented attitude, attention to detail and timeliness in delivering on commitments;
•Mandatory: English. Nice to have: German, SAP, and experience with citizen development tools.
