Key Responsibilities
GlobalClient Strategy &Growth
Work closely with client leadership,strategistsand planners toinject socialfirstinsightsandplatform nativeideasinto the work we do with global clients
CollaboratewithHavas Playtoidentifyandopen upnewrevenue drivingopportunitiesfor social content strategy and activation scopes of work with global clients
Be theSociallead on global pitches, involved in the process from RFI,briefingsocial platformpartners andlocal market quality controlthroughto client pitch presentations.
StrategyQuality Control &Local Market Connectivity
DesignGlobal clientcontent and socialtransformationroadmaps, aligned to clients’ long-term business vision, accounting for category and local market nuancesand the governancerequiredtooperationalize it.
Supportthebriefing and quality controlreviewsof mediaactivationplanswithlocalHMN teams for Global pitch responses to brief where socialplatformsand content playa major role
Play an active role in HMN’s Global Strategy and Play network communitiesto enable faster identification and scaling of local social and content best practice and case studies.
Innovation & Integration
Partnerwiththe Converged.AI product team and relevantHavas experts todrive innovation in methodologies, tools, and processes,identifyingopportunities forstrategy and planningcapability developmentin the Social and Content spacewhereappropriate
In collaboration with our Global Head of Partnerships and Havas Play, build senior relationships with keysocial platformpartners to creategreaterpartnerinnovationandprovide unique opportunities for our clients
Unlock new opportunities for capability development and global client scopes of work for Content ecosystem design and transformation, working with relevant Havas Group experts.
Contribute to agency thought leadership, sharing perspectives on the future of content and social both internally and externally.
Profile Requirements:
10+ years of experience ininsightorstrategy roles includingsignificantwork oninfluencer marketing, socialmediaorcontent— ideally within an agency, platform, or brand.
Strong understanding ofend-to-endcreatorstrategies,integrated social content ecosystemsandsocial commerce,ideallyfrom work withglobal clientsinmultiple markets.
Hands-on experienceofinfluencer and social platforminsighttools, and strongexpertiseinsocial listening and analytics.
Strategicstorytellerwith creativeflairand a passion forinsightintoculturaltrends
Excellent communication and leadership skills,internally and with clients
Commercial mindset with experience in selling new scopes of workand playing a significant role in pitch work
Proven ability towork collaboratively and lead projectsacross functions and regions, working effectively acrossdiversecultures and working styles.
