About the role :

Join CEVA France as a Global Content Specialist within our Contract Logistics business unit and help bring visibility to the Group’s innovation initiatives through clear, engaging and international communication.

In this role, you will support the promotion of logistics and innovation projects by creating communication content tailored to a variety of audiences, including internal teams, regional stakeholders and external partners. Your mission will be to make complex operational and innovation topics easy to understand, engaging and impactful.

Working closely with marketing, operations, innovation and leadership teams, you will contribute to ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

This is a great opportunity for a junior communication professional looking to grow in an international environment within a global supply chain leader, and develop skills in corporate communication and event-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the communication of global Contract Logistics events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal events)
  • Create engaging communication materials including presentations, digital content, emails, internal communications and event support assets
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, innovation and leadership teams) to transform complex information into clear and structured content
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners when required for content production or event delivery
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and visibility of innovation activities
  • Monitor communication performance and suggest simple, actionable improvements
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms (SharePoint, intranet or equivalent tools)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, content creation or marketing (including internships and apprenticeships)
  • Interest in logistics, industrial environments or supply chain
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Canva
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Ability to structure and simplify complex messages for different audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to grow in an international environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
